Claudio et sa femme sont heureux de vous accueillir dans leur maison . C’est une remarquable construction de 1927 par l’ architecte Fred. Konig. La façade attire l’attention parce qu’elle est en retrait, parce qu’elle a ses balustrades (d’origine) qui sont uniques dans le quartier et parce qu’elle a un accès direct au salon par la terrasse et aussi pour ses colombages du pignon. Et chose rare, à l’intérieur, l’escalier central permet à la lumière d’arriver de toutes parts, et permet de nombreux espaces de vie agréables. Cette maison est nouvelle dans le Parcours et n’a jamais été ouverte au public.
Stefano Guida nous entraîne dans son monde grâce à ses toiles d’Action Painting. Ce mouvement artistique met l’accent sur l’ acte physique de peindre, et, naturellement, on élimine la moindre suggestion figurative, on est dans l’ abstraction la plus pure. Claudio en zijn echtgenote vinden het fijn u in hun huis te mogen verwelkomen. Het is een opmerkelijke constructie ontworpen door de architect Fred. Konig. De inspringende voorgevel trekt de aandacht omwille van een aantal karakteristieken: naar achter invoegend, de oorspronkelijke balustrades zijn uniek in deze wijk, de rechtstreekse toegang tot het salon via het terras, en de puntgevel met zijn namaak-vakwerk. In de woning zorgt de centrale trap er voor dat het licht van overal binnenvalt.Zulk een lichtinval is zeldzaam en zorgt dan ook voor heel aangename leefruimtes. Dit huis is nieuw in het Parcours en werd nog nooit opengesteld voor het publiek.

Claudio and his wife are delighted to welcome you into their home. This remarkable house was built in 1927 by the architect Fred Konig. The façade attracts attention because it is set back, because it has balustrades (original) that are unique in the neighbourhood and because it has a direct access to the living room from the terrace, and also for its timbered gable. And inside, something unusual, the central staircase lets in light from all sides, with plenty of comfortable living spaces. This house is new to the Parcours and has never been open to the public.
