Sofia et Georgy sont heureux de vous accueillir dans leur maison. Elle a été construite en 1971 par Herman Dekeyser . Première impression de cette maison : un cube gris foncé. Seconde impression : non, l’architecte a dû bien travailler, il suffit de remarquer l’agencement intelligent des fenêtres. Troisième impression : l’émerveillement devant un living spacieux, intelligemment conçu, inondé de lumière. Et vous sortirez par la cage d’escalier vitrée, claire, centrale, conçue selon les principes du papy Horta . Cette maison est nouvelle dans le Parcours et n’a jamais été ouverte au public.

Dans la famille de Sofia et Georgy, rien que des mélomanes ! Ils vous proposerons deux concerts de musique classique. Le premier à 16 heures, avec des musiciens adultes, de renommée internationale, qui vous enchanteront avec un feu d’ artifice de Prokofiev, Ravel, Chopin, Bach, Miland et Scriabine. Durée environ 40 minutes. Le second, dès 12h, donc, attention, avant l’ heure officielle du Parcours, mettra à l’ honneur les enfants de la famille, des virtuoses en herbe, violon, piano et flûte traversière.

Sofia en Gregory vinden het fijn u in hun huis te mogen verwelkomen. Het werd in 1971 gebouwd door Herman Dekeyser. De eerste indruk van dit huis: een donkergrijze kubus. Tweede indruk: maar neen de architect heeft goed werk geleverd. Het volstaat te kijken naar de doordachte plaatsing van de vensters.
Derde indruk: de verwondering bij het zien van de ruime living, vakkundig ontworpen en badend in het licht. Bij het naar buiten gaan valt de volgens de principes van opa Horta ontworpen heldere, centrale glazen trappenhuis op. Dit huis is nieuw in het Parcours en werd nog nooit opengesteld voor het publiek.
