Patricia et Joël sont heureux de vous accueillir dans leur maison, qui se trouve à 150 m en contre bas du Parcours, donc en dehors de la zone piétonnière. Mais cette maison vaut largement ce minuscule détour ! Tout d’ abord avec son beau toit à la Mansard, dessiné par l’architecte de Theux, chose rare dans le quartier. Et aussi parce que les propriétaires l’ont décorée avec beaucoup de goût, faisant de cette quatre façades de 1969 en briques, une villa harmonieuse, havre de paix, dans les tons actuels.

Patricia en Joël vinden het fijn u in hun huis te mogen verwelkomen. Hun woning bevindt zich 150 m lager gelegen dan het Parcours, dus buiten de voetgangerszone. Maar deze minuscule omweg loont zonder twijfel de moeite! Vooreerst omwille van het voor de wijk zeldzame mooie Mansardedak, getekend door architect de Theux. En eveneens omdat de eigenaars deze bakstenen viergevelwoning met veel smaak omgevormd hebben tot een harmonieuze villa met eigentijdse kleuren. Een ware oase van rust.

Patricia and Martin are delighted to welcome you into their home, which is 150 metres down from the Parcours, so outside the walking area. But the house is well worth the small detour! First of all with its lovely mansard roof, designed by the architect Theux, unusual in the neighbourhood. And also because the owners have decorated it with great taste, making this 1969 detached brick villa a harmonious, peaceful haven in modern tones.
