Assez exceptionnellement, cette maison est dans la famille depuis 1945. Le grand père des occupants actuels a été le président des Ateliers du Chant d’ Oiseau. Cette maison a été construite en retrait de la rue, avec son architecture Cottage, qui contraste avec les façades voisines plus plates. Une belle rénovation récente lui a donné tout le confort moderne mais surtout une magnifique ouverture sur le jardin. Cette maison est nouvelle dans le Parcours et n’ a jamais été ouverte au public.

La photographie m'a d'abord appris à " regarder" ...mais la peinture m'a ensuite permis une création moins instantanée, plus progressive
L'acrylique est , à ce point de vue , un médium idéal qui permet les retouches rapides et les "repentirs"!
La liberté ressentie lors de la création produit un plaisir profond ...et la nature est une source d'inspiration infinie !

Bij wijze van uitzondering is dit huis al sinds 1945 in de familie. De grootvader van de huidige bewoners was trouwens de voorzitter van de Ateliers du Chant d'Oiseau. Dit huis werd gebouwd terug van de straat, met zijn Cottage architectuur, die contrasteert met de aangrenzende plattere gevels. Een mooie recente renovatie gaf het alle moderne comfort maar vooral een prachtige opening op de tuin. Dit huis is nieuw in de Parcours en is nooit geopend voor het publiek.

Fotografie leerde me eerst "kijken"... maar dankzij schilderen kon ik minder ogenblikkelijk, meer progressief creëren. Acryl is in dit opzicht een ideaal medium om snel bij te werken en zich te bekeren!De vrijheid die tijdens de schepping gevoeld wordt zorgt voor een diep plezier ... en de natuur is een bron van oneindige inspiratie!

Quite exceptionally, this house has been in same the family since 1945. The grandfather of the current occupants was the president of the Ateliers du Chant d' Oiseau. This house was built set back from the street, with its Cottage architecture, which contrasts with the neighbouring flatter facades. A beautiful recent renovation gave it all the modern comfort but especially a magnificent opening on the garden. This house is new in the Parcours and has never been opened to the public.
